Returns eligibility
We accept returns for:
- Damaged items
- Faulty products
- Incorrect items sent
If that’s happened, get in touch and we’ll fix it up.
Change of mind
Because our products are printed / made to order and we’re a small operation, we don’t offer returns for change of mind.
So double-check your order before hitting checkout 🍺
(Trust us… you’ll probably want it anyway.)
How to request a return

- Photos if it’s damaged or wrong
We’ll sort it as quickly as possible.
Refunds or replacements
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer:
- A replacement item
- A refund
- Or store credit (when appropriate)
We’ll always aim for the fairest outcome for you.
Shipping costs
If the issue is on us (wrong item, faulty product), we cover everything.
If it’s a change-of-mind request (where applicable exceptions are made), return shipping may be your responsibility.
Lost or delayed orders
Once your order leaves us, it’s with Australia Post.
If there’s a delay, we’ll help you track it down—but we don’t have control over carrier delays.
